Registration & Confirmation - Workshop slots are confirmed only upon successful payment and registration. - Registrations are non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by the organisers. Health & Fitness Declaration - By registering, participants confirm that they are physically fit and able to join the workshop. - Participants accept full responsibility for their own health and safety during the session. - The instructor(s) and organisers bear no responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, or other conditions that may arise from participation. Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds - All workshop fees paid are strictly non-refundable. - Rescheduling of any workshop is at the sole discretion of the organisers. - The organisers reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or refund a workshop only if the assigned instructor is unable to conduct the class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly. Code of Conduct - Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully towards instructors, fellow participants, and staff. - Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
